Cody Corradino, LPC, NCC

As our lives fluctuate within an ever changing world, we are faced with more and more challenges. Whether they are transitions, recent illnesses/death, or overwhelming work-life expectations, therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore these concerns as well as the opportunity to identify areas of resiliency to grow and move forward.

Throughout my therapeutic work, I have had the privilege to work amongst a variety of diverse populations and settings, such as community mental health, private practice, and substance abuse facilities. Although my focus is with adults, ages 18 and above, my experiences with families, couples, and teenagers provide me with a unique and multidisciplinary lens. My therapeutic approach is highly collaborative as I seek to create an environment that values respect, empowerment, and fortitude. Further, by drawing heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I can tailor my treatment to the needs of each individual, while supporting their ability to live a healthy, fulfilling life.

Therapy can be a rewarding experience that challenges stagnation and elevates us towards growth. The tools and resources I offer can help identify your strengths, build resiliency, and help you create the life you want.
