I am an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT). For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to help people and here, at Evolve, I am able to do just that! I recognize that life is hard and a lot of people do not have the support that they need, and many have lost hope. My heart breaks for the hurting but that only helps fuel me to help them. I want to walk along side them when they need it most and help them find hope and healing. I will always do my best to meet my clients in their needs and help them to the best of my ability. I love working with adolescents, young adults, families, individuals and couples. Everyone has a voice and everyone needs to be heard. I want to listen to my clients and help them confront whatever the struggle may be that is present in their lives. I believe that everyone can heal from his or her past and move on to a healthier present and future. Even if you feel alone in this world, you are not. I will try my absolute best to help you find healing and the skills you need to have a beautiful life.
Whether an adolescent is dealing with a behavioral issue / social anxiety or maybe a teen is dealing with self-harm / self-esteem or a young adult transitioning from school into “the real world”, I am here to help them through it. Life is not easy and we all need a little help at times to navigate through the difficulty times. I believe everyone needs support whether you are going through a rough time or not. I am here to help support my clients how ever they need it. I very much enjoy walking through life with my clients and instilling hope in each and every one of them.
Hope is a very strong four-letter word, which is often lacking from our lives. I believe in hope. I believe we all have some type of hope even if it’s just a tiny bit. If a client is coming for counseling, they have hope! I enjoy helping them find just a little more!
You are stronger than you know! I would be more than happy to help you find your strength and hope. I also want all my clients to know that just because you are faced with a problem or in a difficult time of life, you are not the problem. You are not weak. Lets face this thing called life together!
