From the pressures of social media to the uncertainties of global events, young people today face unprecedented stressors. With over 12 years of experience working with children and adolescents in schools, my passion lies in creating a safe space to help clients uncover their inherent strengths and develop skills to navigate life’s challenges effectively.

I am a dedicated therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I assist children in managing the challenges associated with conditions such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and developmental delays. Whether your child is struggling with social skills, school issues, navigating difficult school or family transitions, trauma, or other challenges, I am here to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help them learn and grow. I employ creative play along with evidence-backed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help children effectively explore their emotions, foster problem-solving abilities, and bolster their self-esteem.

I am currently accepting clients ages 6+
