Cody Corradino, MA, M.Ed, LCPC

As our lives fluctuate within an ever changing world, we are faced with more and more challenges. Whether they are transitions, recent illnesses/death, or overwhelming work-life expectations, therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore these concerns as well as the opportunity to identify areas of resiliency to grow and move forward.

Throughout my therapeutic work, I have had the privilege to work amongst a variety of diverse populations and settings, such as community mental health, private practice, and substance abuse facilities. The focus of my work is with adults, ages 20 and above. I believe my experiences working in a variety of therapeutic settings provide me with a unique and multidisciplinary lens. My therapeutic approach is highly collaborative as I seek to create an environment that values respect, empowerment, and fortitude. Further, by drawing heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I can tailor my treatment to the needs of each individual, while supporting their ability to live a healthy, fulfilling life.

Therapy can be a rewarding experience that challenges stagnation and elevates us towards growth. The tools and resources I offer can help identify your strengths, build resiliency, and help you create the life you want.
