Sydney Bright, MSW, LSW, CADC, PEL, SSW

I chose social work because I believe children and adolescents deserve a space where they feel understood, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. My passion lies in helping young people navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills.

I hold a Master of Social Work and am a Licensed Social Worker with a certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My professional background includes working in school settings and clinical environments, where I have supported children, adolescents, and families with concerns related to anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.

In my work, I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach and strive to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering, and I work alongside clients to help them develop the tools they need to grow and thrive both inside and outside of the therapy space. I value building genuine connections with the individuals and families I serve and feel honored to be part of each client’s journey toward healing and personal growth.

I work primarily with children and adolescents ages 8–12 and enjoy helping them develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
