As our lives fluctuate within an ever-changing world, we are faced with increasing challenges. Whether navigating life transitions, coping with illness or loss, or managing overwhelming work-life expectations, therapy can provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore these experiences. It also offers an opportunity to identify areas of resilience, clarify what matters most, and move forward with greater intention.
Throughout my therapeutic work, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations across a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and substance use treatment facilities. I primarily work with adults ages 18 and older. These experiences have shaped a multidisciplinary perspective that informs my collaborative and flexible approach to therapy. I strive to create an environment grounded in respect, empowerment, and compassion, where clients feel supported in exploring both challenges and strengths.
My therapeutic approach draws heavily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through ACT, I help clients develop greater psychological flexibility, learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while taking meaningful action aligned with their values. Treatment is tailored to each individual, with a focus on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and supporting a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Therapy can be a rewarding process that gently challenges stagnation and encourages growth. The tools and resources I offer are designed to help you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
