Libby Fink, LPC

Life brings seasons of change, uncertainty, and growth — and no one should have to move through them alone. Therapy offers a space to feel heard, understood, and supported, where clients uncover the tools and strengths they need to move forward.

I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem — the challenges that show up in everyday life. I especially love helping clients build self-advocacy skills, grow their confidence, and learn to communicate their needs clearly. My experience in school settings has given me a strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational supports, and a real appreciation for what it takes to advocate for children and families.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each to the person in front of me. My hope for every client: build healthy coping skills, recognize your own strengths, advocate for yourself, and create a life that feels true to who you are.
